- In house orders ship in 1-3 business days!
- Made to orders ship in 3-10 business days (holidays are a little longer).

SHIPPING TIME

Please know, we cannot control 3rd party vendors (USPS, UPS, Fedex).

US SHIPPING:
- USPS First Class approx 4-8 business days
- USPS Priority is 2-3 business days
- USPS Overnight is 1-2 business days

INTERNATIONAL
- Typically, we have noticed international orders can take up to 3 weeks due to customs & location.

We gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations. Please read our shop policies; below is a summary.

ITEMS NOT ABLE TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE
- We do not accept returns or exchanges on custom/made to order or sale items.
Unless the item is received damaged or incorrectly.

CONDITIONS OF EXCHANGES OR RETURNS
We accept exchanges as long as the product has not been worn, washed or damaged. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs and any new shipping costs incurred.

CONDITIONS OF REFUNDS
- If the product is damaged or incorrect upon arrival, we will happily refund the purchase price upon return or replace.

We print on the best quality products.

T-SHIRTS
The biggest enemy of the t shirt is the heat, not the water. Heat will force the fibers to shrink and deform the shape of the t shirt. We recommend - wash your t shirt inside out with cold or warm water and hang dry. If you do this your t-shirt will be in your favorite t-shirt pile for a long time

DISH & GLASSWARE
Dishwasher Safe but we recommend hand washing. We do both.

Screen Print: We screen print using hybrid premium inks and water based inks. Water based inks / printing are the most eco friendly inks on the market. The inks are dyed into the garment achieving a super soft feel to the print.

Digital Print: Our made to orders are printed digitally. It is a much newer process that involves artwork being processed by a computer, and then printed directly onto the surface of your product. Digital printing is NOT a heat transfer or appliqu'e, as the ink is directly adhered to the fabric of your shirt.
